About our rental studio

Our photo studio offers a spacious layout with an industrial charm, and a ceiling height of 4,6m. Well suited for up to medium sized productions.

 

The space is equipped with a steamer, racks and hangers for the stylist’s needs. A makeup table is provided for the hair and makeup artist. And when it’s time to recharge, our kitchen and dining area is accessible. Coffee and tea included.

Daily Rates and Terms/Conditions

  • Full-Day (up to 10 hours): 5.000 SEK

  • Half-Day (up to 5 hours): 3.500 SEK

  • Overtime: 1.000 SEK/Hour
     

  • Cancellation: Cancellations within 48 hours before booking will be charged with 100% of the rate. And Cancellations made within 5 working days of the scheduled rental date will be charged half of the rental price.

  • Cleaning: The studio shall be left in its previous condition after production, an additional charge of 1.500 SEK will be added if unfulfilled.
     

  • Additional services: We provide the option to book the equipment you need from Ljud & Bildmedia (or other rentals) prior to your photo shoot. An additional service fee of 10% will be added on top of the rental rate for equipment. For a list of available equipment, please refer to the Ljud & Bildmedia website.

    In addition to equipment rental, we offer services such as providing breakfast and being on-site for deliveries if you need something delivered the day before your shoot (weekdays only). Please note that service fees will be added for these additional services. For more information or to discuss these services further, please reach out to us.
     

  • VAT: All prices excluding 25% VAT

Unique Hand Painted Canvas Backdrops
Enhance your creative vision by renting our hand-painted canvas backdrops. Choose from a variety of artistic backgrounds to add a unique touch to your photos. 

  • Canvas backdrops: 1.500 SEK/day

  • Vinyl backdrops: 500 SEK/day

  • Paper backdrops: 200 SEK/day

How to Find Us?

  • Metro Access: We're conveniently located a 5-minute walk from the Kristineberg metro station. Simply hop off the train by taking the green line to Kristineberg, and you're practically at our doorstep.

  • Parking: For those arriving by car, ALOOK studio offers the convenience of two parking spaces for our guests. No need to stress about finding a spot – just let us us know beforehand if you'll bring cars.

  • What are the rental rates for your photo studio?
    Our photo studio rental rates are structured into two packages: Half-day rental (up to 5 hours) priced at 3,500 SEK. Full-day rental (up to 10 hours) priced at 5,000 SEK. While we strive to offer competitive rates, please note that these prices are fixed. However, we are always open to discussing how we can best meet your needs within your budget.   • How do I book a photo studio rental in Stockholm?
    To rent our photo studio in Stockholm, simply reach out to us via email at info@alookstudio.com.   • What is your policy on cancellations or rescheduling photo studio rental?
    Our policy on cancellations or rescheduling is as follows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled rental date will be charged the full rental price. Cancellations made within 5 working days of the scheduled rental date will be charged half of the rental price. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we're committed to working with our clients to find a solution. If you need to reschedule your shoot, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and find an alternative date that works for you
  • What equipment is included with the studio rental?
    Our photo studio rental plan includes basic equipment such as light stands, backdrop stands, clamps, sandbags and some essential accessories. However, please note that lighting equipment is not included in the rental package. For a detailed list of the equipment available for rent, please refer to our equipment list found higher up on this page.
  • Is there a minimum or maximum rental duration for your photo studio?
    Our photo studio rental packages are designed to accommodate various needs. The minimum rental duration is for a half day, which includes up to 5 hours of photo studio use. Beyond that, we offer full-day rentals, allowing for up to 10 hours of studio access.   • Do you offer any additional services?

  • Do you have parking available for renters?
    Yes, we provide parking for renters. We have two parking spots conveniently located right in front of our studio facility. This ensures easy access for our clients, making your visit to our studio hassle-free.
  • Do you have any stations for stylists and hair & makeup artists in the photo studio?
    Yes, we provide stations for both stylists and hair & makeup artists to prepare for photo shoots. Our stylist station is equipped with a steamer, along with a few racks and some hangers for organizing wardrobe selections. Additionally, we have a makeup table specifically for hair & makeup artists to work their magic. These stations are tailored to ensure a comfortable and efficient setup for all members of your creative team.
